Is this a payday loan?
No, we are not a payday loan company. In New Mexico we offer an installment loan product that gives you the convenience to pay back your loan over a 12 month period.

How can I use my loan?
You can use your loan however you see fit. Many borrowers use their loans to pay off unexpected medical bills, utility bills, car expenses, home repairs and other various financial obligations. 

What are your loan requirements?
A verifiable source of income, checking account or proof of direct deposit, must be at least 18 years of age, must have valid government issued identification, valid email address, and you may not have an active bankruptcy pending.

How will I know if I am approved?
A representative will contact you once you have applied and let you know the status of your application. Once you are approved you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

How much can I borrow?
Our loans range from $500 to $1500 to be repaid over 12 months. 

When will I receive the loan?
If all the information is received by 4:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) you will receive your funded loan the next business day.  You may receive same day approval notice.  In some case we are able to fund the same day, but additional fees may apply if applicable.

When is my loan due?
We will work with you to have your payments coincide with your pay date in order to make payments convenient to you.

Can I pay off early?
Yes, you may pay off early.

If there a penalty to pay off early?
No there is no penalty to pay off early.

What if I change my mind after I receive the loan?
You have the right to rescind the amount borrowed under your Missouri Agreement without incurring any fee if the amount borrowed, in full, is returned to us on or before the close of business on the business day following the day on which such sum was delivered to you.  You should contact our Corporate Office via email at onlinequestions@cashlandok.com or via phone at 800-689-8515

How do I take out another loan?
If you are a returning customer simply log back in to your account through our website or call a representative at 800-689-8515.

Do you loan to military?
No, in New Mexico we cannot loan to the military.
