Is this a payday loan?
No, we are not a payday loan company. In Texas we offer an installment loan product that gives you the flexibility to pay back your loan in 180 days or less with payments you can afford.

Who is the Lender?

The Third Party Lender is TMBTX Financial, LLC 6917 Tomahawk Road #8162 Prairie Village, Kansas 66208.

Who should I contact with questions regarding my loan?

Borrow Money Now is the Consumer Service Organization “CSO” who services your loan. You may contact a representative with questions about your loan at 800-689-8515.

How can I use my loan?
You can use your loan however you see fit. Many borrowers use their loans to pay off unexpected medical bills, utility bills, car expenses, home repairs and other various financial obligations. 

What are your loan requirements?
A verifiable source of income, checking account or proof of direct deposit, must be at least 18 years of age, must have valid government issued identification, valid email address, and you may not have an active bankruptcy pending.

How will I know if I am approved?
A representative will contact you once you have applied and let you know the status of your application. Once you are approved you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

How much can I borrow?
Our loans range from $200 to $1500 to be repaid within 180 days. 

When will I receive the loan?
If all the information is received by 4:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) you will receive your funded loan the next business day.  You may receive same day approval notice.  In some case we are able to fund the same day, but additional fees may apply if applicable.

When is my loan due?
Your payments will either bi-weekly or monthly based on what terms were established at the time you made the loan.

Can I pay off early?
Yes, you may pay off early.

Is there a penalty to pay off early?
No there is no penalty to pay off early.

What if I change my mind after I receive the loan?
You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, within THREE (3) days after the date the contract is signed. To cancel this contract, see the NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM, located in your agreement, and mail or deliver a signed dated copy of the cancellation notice, or other written notice to: Borrow Money Now 10417 N. How do I take out another loan?
If you are a returning customer simply log back in to your account through our website or call a representative at 800-689-8515.
