Is this a payday loan?
No, we are not a payday loan company. In Oklahoma we offer a Revolving Line of Credit Loan and simply set your due date to coincide with your payday for convenience.

How can I use my loan?
You can use your loan however you see fit. Many borrowers use their loans to pay off unexpected medical bills, utility bills, car expenses, home repairs and other various financial obligations. 

What are your loan requirements?
A verifiable source of income, checking account or proof of direct deposit, must be at least 18 years of age, must have valid government issued identification, valid email address, and you may not have an active bankruptcy pending.

How will I know if I am approved?
A customer service specialist will contact you once you have applied and let you know the status of your application. Once you are approved you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

How much can I borrow?
Our loans range from $50 to $1000, with an average loan amount of $400. 

When will I receive the loan?
If all the information is received by 4:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) you will receive your funded loan the next business day.  You may receive same day approval notice.

What does it cost to borrow?
In Oklahoma we charge a 30% transaction fee and a 9% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Please visit our Oklahoma Fees page for complete details.

Can I extend my loan?
Yes, you can extend your credit line by paying the transaction fee and the APR.

When is my loan due?
Your payments will be due on your payday.

Can I pay off early?
Yes, you may pay off early.

Is there a penalty to pay off early?
No there is no penalty to pay off early.

What if I change my mind after I receive the loan?
If you contact the Corporate Office within 2 business days and return the proceeds of your loan, the loan will not be subject to the 30% transaction fee or the 9% APR.  The Corporate Office must be notified in writing via email at onlinequestions@cashlandok.com or via phone at 800-689-8515.

How do I take out another loan?
If you are a returning customer simply log back in to your account through our website or call a representative at 800-689-8515.

Yes, in Oklahoma our Revolving Line of Credit Loan is available to members of the military.
